Female Roommate Wanted ASAP! (Jan 2012) month-month lease available, only $500/month rent

Hello -  
I am looking for a mature and responsible female roommate (preferably graduate student) to rent out the master bedroom suite in a condo I am leasing. Room is available immediately. Rent is $500 for your own master bedroom, master bath and walkin closet and includes all utilities (upto $100 landlady pays, balance roommates split). It is located on Baymeadows Rd E and about 10-15 mins from UNF, Publix and 2 mins from 9A. Very safe part of town. Community has a pool, gym, and beautiful walking trails. 
No partying, drinking, smoking allowed in the condo. Will only rent to respectful and clean individuals!! (Lease can be month-to-month.)
